Herald Tribune": In today's market economy, foreign aid and more

business requests for assistance on how to overcome the
contradiction between the will?
Ang Lee hill: the situation is

Q: In recent

A: This question is very complex for

A: Personally, I

Q: In
recent years, China has increased its aid efforts in Africa, some

activities. How should
China respond to the international community to these
criticisms?
A: These
years, we have a lot of Chinese culture for the African doctors,
engineers, diplomats, we call educational
assistance. Moreover, many
African countries hope to cooperate with China, they are voluntary,

China's aid to Africa should give more consideration to each other
